I was chosen as President of the Oregon Public Performance Management Association, and I will use established, science-based best practices to improve Northshore’s governance, staff, and processes to make NSD the best school district in the State of Washington.

I was elected as President of the Association for Government Accountants, Seattle Chapter, and I will bring success to Northshore just like I took the AGA Seattle Chapter from Bronze-ranked to Platinum-ranked in a single year.

Together with my community, I founded Northshore Citizens for Transparency, and I will continue to work to make this district even better, because I know that public organizations do their best work when they are openly and honestly engaged with the community.

Together with my wife, I am a parent of two wonderful Northshore students, and I know that helping students and their families succeed is the most important task Northshore School District can engage in.
